Canada Court Watch is conducting research into problems which parents have had when dealing with children’s lawyers and clinical investigations by the children’s lawyer’s office. We are developing an analysis model which will allow parents to be able to clearly identify failures by children’s lawyers and clinical investigators for possible lawsuits against incompetent professionals who have failed to do their work in the best interest of the child.
