About Canada Court Watch
Non-For-profit Community-Based
Canada Court Watch is a not-for-profit community-based organization founded in 1994. The name “Canada Court Watch” is a registered name with the Innovation, Science and Economic Development of Canada.
The primary purpose of the organization is to promote transparency, accountability, fairness and justice within the Canada’s justice system through supporting public awareness, education and advocacy. Much of the efforts of volunteers and supporters of Canada Court Watch are currently focused on the family court and child protection systems which are well known by some of the most respected legal authorities in Canada of causing significant harm to children and families across Canada.
The Family Justice Review Committee is a group of trained volunteers working under the umbrella of the Canada Court Watch organization which reviews individual cases of injustices involving the family court and child protection system in Canada as well as any of the professionals associated with the system where complaints have been made by members of the public.
