Canada Court Watch has filed a 61 page complaint letter with the Ontario Judicial Council against family court judge, Madame Debra Paulseth, outlining the unlawful arrest and kidnapping of a 14 1/2 year old teenage boy right from the courtroom with the help of Toronto Police officers who appeared not to understand their duties under Ontario’s Police Services Act nor the rights of the citizens of Ontario under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The teenage boy had come to the court in good faith to simply tell the judge that he was being abused by his mother in her care and that he wanted to live with his father.
