This letter from a parent to the Premier of Ontario is yet another example of how court transcripts are being altered (most would say “fixed”) in family court cases to hide some of the things which have been said by lawyers and judges in family court. In general, family courts lack transparency and accountability. This letter provides yet more evidence to support why video cameras must be installed in family courtrooms.
