Children's Aid Society of Brant violates its own promises not to terrorize children

(Sept 28, 2011) Court Watch has learned today that the Children's Aid Society of Brant attempted today to enter a Catholic elementary school for the purposes of unlawfully detaining and interrogating children without the knowledge of the parents and without the informed consent of the children.

Teen slams Chatham Kent CAS for abuse while in care

Flagrant violation of children's rights by CAS in Ontario Schools

(July 4, 2011) Attached is the latest article on the subject of Chiildren's Aid Society workers unlawfully going into schools and unlawfully interrogating children. Readers are urged to print out this article and to pass it on to all other parents in their community as well as members of the local school board.

Lawsuit served on Principal and York Region School Board for unlawful detention of children by CAS 2  

(June 29, 2011) Today, a multi-million dollar lawsuit was served upon a principal with the York Board of Education, Mr. Baber, as well as the Board of Education. This lawsuit stems back to when CAS workers instructed Mr. Baber to detain two children in his office and not allow the children to go with their parent.

In many cases, children and parents are inconvenienced by Children’s Aid Agency workers showing up at their doors unannounced to question or to conduct an inspection of a home. In most cases, CAS workers are doing this to see if they can catch parents unexpected and to catch them with dirty dishes and messy houses. It’s all part of the over-zealous activities of many CAS workers, most of whom are not properly registered and working in violation to the law.

CAS workers confirm how they are misleading the public about being social workers

(June 14, 2011) For some time, Canada Court Watch has been pointing out that CAS workers in the Province of Ontario have been violating the law by engaging in the practice of social work and attempting to hide this by using the false title of "child protection worker"

Justice Advocates in Niagara caught CAS workers on audio recording stating that CAS workers are really social workers but that they are being told not to use this term.

Foster mother with Windsor Essex CAS grossly abuses trust and has sex with foster child

A foster mother with the Windsor Essex Children's Aid Society who took a boy into her home has been sentenced by an Ontario court for giving illegal drugs and alcohol and for having sex with her teenage foster son.

This story is yet another example of not only how CAS agencies ruin the lives of many children but grossly abuse taxpayer's money. In all likelihood tens of thousands of dollars were spent fighting the biological family to take the boy from his family in the first place.
