Forms for children or parents to sign to help ensure that CAS workers obtain informed consent before interviewing children at their schools

To help parents deal with the issue of CAS workers going into their children's school, parents need only to get their children or themselves to fill out the new updated Cease and Desist form which is attached to this post and to submit it to their local Board of Education and the Principal of the school were the children attend. Optionally, a form can be sent to the CAS. Parents do not have to be affected by CAS or have open cases to submit a form to the CAS. Submission of this form will protect a child as long as the child remains in school with the school board named on the form.

Court Watch received a handwritten journal by an 11-year-old girl in which she described how she was frightened by the CAS worker to the point where she thought the unregistered CAS worker was going to hit her for reporting how the girl's mother had assaulted the girl.

The CAS worker helped the abusive mother hide the assault on the child and refused to do anything about the assault.

Child dies after CAS places child into hands of abuser in spite of warnings to CAS beforehand

(July 31, 2015) - A 13-month-old Niagara region child died after the children's aid society placed the child into the care of an abusive grandparent.

According to court documentation, in spite of warnings to the children's aid society that the child would be abused and in spite of a past history of abuse by the grandparent, the children's aid society went ahead and placed the child with the abusive grandparent where the child ended up dead. Mother demands that Chief Brad Duncan to charge Children's Aid Society workers who break the law

Readers are urged to read the attached letter from a mother to the Chief of the London, Ontario police services in regards to an incident where the mother and her 12 year-old daughter were unlawfully detained, unlawfully interrogated, terrorized and bullied by unregistered CAS workers in the presence of police. The mother is asking that criminal charges be laid and that CAS workers not be let off for committing criminal acts.

Readers can help promote justice by also writing a letter to the Chief of Police asking that CAS workers who break the law be arrested.
