An Ontario citizen filed a judicial complaint against Madame Justice Waldman of the court at 47 Sheppard Ave. in Toronto in which he claimed that his rights under the Courts of Justice Act had been obstructed by Madame Justice Waldman.  According to the citizen, even when shown the law, Justice Waldman said that this section of the law did not apply to her.
