Plea hearing for CAS foster parent charged with rape and sex with a foster girl under the age of 16

On Monday March 21 at 2;00 PM in courtroom 407 at the court at 1911 Eglinton Ave. E. near Warden Ave., a former CAS foster father, Howard Smith, will be entering his plea on charges of rape and having sex with a minor under the age of 16 years of age while the girl was in his care as a foster parent for the CAS.

The girl became pregnant and had the child. DNA testing has already confirmed that the CAS foster father is the biological father.

While being abused in foster care, the girl tried to tell her CAS workers that she was being abused but the workers refused to believe her. This is typical as CAS workers attempt to conceal the abuse of children in their care.

Those interested in the case are welcomed to attend court to see the wheels of justice at work against a former CAS worker.

I say we need to get a good show of support and let our Gov. know now is the time to help correct and administer C.A.S !

I think this would be a great time to have our voices heard about C.A.S afterall with a election coming I am sure some people may want to listen and even help. What about starting with On. MPP Rosario Marchese I believe the phone number is 416-325-9092 or e mail at rmarcheseco@ndp.on.ca

This is just another discraceful reason why C.A.S must be abolished and its entire system. As far as I am concerned all the existing workers also have to go! No sence only doing things half hearted we got to get er done meening all of them#@&% gone. I wish I could be in this courtroom to see things first handed.
