One parent's testimony on how CAS workers get away with breaking the law

(June 12, 2010) At the recent CAS protest in Cambridge, Ontario on June 8, 2010, justice advocate Chris Carter spoke of how he was witness to how one CAS worker broke the law and got away with it with the help of the Crown Attorney.

Many Canadian complain that they find themselves denied access to justice by Crown Attorneys who they believe use their position and authority to keep persons who are connected to the justice system from being charged for crimes they commit.

They all seem to think that the laws are only there to be used against us in and out of the courtroom. The laws I thought were ritten and passed for everyone to fallow. So what makes the children's aid societies or there workers any different from the rest of society. Braking the law is braking the law, they all need to be and should be held accountable for there lies, and abuse of power by the people of this province. The children's aid societies don't seem to have a problem taking our tax dollars so why shouldn't they fallow our laws.
