It is patently clear that Judge Wood has erred in the case where he turned three children into the clutches of an abusive parent!

This highly questionable action was supported by CAS and who are they accountable to? It is troubling to know that CAS workers who are not even registered with the College of Social Workers have such power as to severely alter custody arrangements and child welfare even when the evidence provided to Judge Wood shows the mother is not providing an appropriate environment for three children. These children are now torn from their loving father, their friends, their grandparents and are subject to emotional harm at the least.

Judge wood is in violation of the UN resolution which prohibits the separation of children from a loving parent. It seems none of that matter to Judge Wood so long as he follows the recommendations of CAS.

It is interesting to ponder what a comprehensive inquiry would uncover in this matter? We must look at all the options in this case to assure true justice is met and those who have erred reprimanded with appropriate action.

A child is deserving of a loving mother and a father and not the subject of CAS and Family Judicial politics!

Respectfully,
Attila L. Vinczer
