CAS operated supervised access centres not much more than government funded bullying centres

(June 1, 2010) Many children and their parents have reported abuse and the violation of their basic rights and freedoms by CAS workers at a number of the CAS operated supervised access centres in Ontario. To many, access visits between children and their parents can be a horrific and degrading experience.

Justice reporter, Katerina Friesman, has written an article on this subject. Readers are encouraged to distribute this article to members of the public and to their local MPP to help educate the public and our elected officials how CAS agencies are abusing our tax dollars.

The attached article can be downloaded in PDF format.

I know this first hand to be true. On October 6th 2009 I was teaching my 14 year old daughter that she had rights while in the care of CAS. My next visit on October 20th 9;30 am I was called and told my visits would be canselled if i talked to my daughters that way again by Kayla Bond of the Haldimond & Norfolk CAS. I have the conversation on recording of why they took my visits away that day. Then when the visit was on there hand notes and served to the courts not one word of what they took my visits from me for were in the notes. Just another way for the CAS to build a case that isn't there at mine and my daughters exspence for there funding. More lies and perjery in the courtroom on the CAS's behalf for the judge to swallow.
