Teenage
girls turning to prostitution and delinqency while in care of
Children's Aid Society in Ontario
(June 26, 2008) An article published in Canada Court Watch Reports
describes the problems of teen running wild while under the care of
the CAS. Last week it was revealed during a criminal trial in
Brampton that one CAS foster child turned to prostitution at 15
years of age and earned over $360,000 for her pimp. Court
Watch has received calls from a number of children who describe wild
and crazy things going on inside CAS group and foster homes with out
of control kids.

Court Watch executive, Oriena Currie, passes away at 72 years of age
(August 1, 2007) - Canada Court
Watch executive member, Oriena Currie has passed away recently. She
will be missed by the many people she had helped throughout her
career as a justice advocate.

Justice Craig Perkins - The Grinch
Who Stole one young girl's Christmas
(December 20, 2006)
Read an article surrounding a case in which Justice Craig Perkins of
the Newmarket, Ontario court ripped a young 10-year-old girl from
her loving family and siblings and made this order effective until
the girl was 18-years of age.

Officials at Barrie, Ontario court
block seniors access to public washrooms
(August 28, 2006)
At a public
awareness campaign held in Barrie on August 26, 2006, senior
officials at the courthouse told senior citizens that they could not
use the public washrooms because they were wearing T shirts which
had the name Canada Court Watch printed on them. In fact,
those wearing the T shirts were considered "gang" members, including
young children and seniors. Will workers at the courts begin
to claim that the senior citizens and the children who support Court
Watch are terrorists? Truly a sign of what some individuals will do
to maintain secrecy and unaccountability in the court system.

York Region Children's Aid Society supervisor BUSTED and arrested for
stealing from a child in care!

A York Region CAS supervisor, Donna Lennon, was arrested by York
Regional Police today for allegedly stealing from a child in the
care of the York Region CAS.
The York Region CAS tries to sell itself off to the public as
helping children and families! How disgusting. York Region CAS is
the same outfit that was involved in the Barrie, Ontario case where
the police, acting on instructions of the CAS, busted down doors and
roughed up a 13-year-old girl in order to keep her from being in her
own home with her loving family just last year. York Region
CAS is the same outfit that argued in court that members of the
press should be kicked out of the court and prevented from watching
what the CAS was doing to kids and families in the court. And
to think that companies such as Canadian Tire foolishly donate money
from its customers to fund workers such as the notorious York Region
CAS Easter Grinch.

Police Officers at Brampton Court
threaten to arrest parent for attempting to exercise his lawful rights!
(April 11,
2006) Read this article published by Court Watch about a father
who called Court Watch this past weekend and advised us that he was
recently threatened with arrest by police at the Brampton, Ontario court
for simply trying to exercise his legal rights.

Mom arrested by
Ontario Provincial Police for assaulting her daughter a second time!
(Jan 3, 2006) Exclusive to Court Watch. An update to our
post of Dec. 30, below. It seems that mom has now been arrested
and released on bond with restrictions not to have contact with her
daughter. Mom now facing two charges of assault on same daughter.
Daughter claims that Owen Sound CAS workers incompetent and biased and
would not listen to what the kids had to say. Seems like some
bumbling and incompetent CAS workers should be fired for this blatant
screw up which has resulted in children enduring ongoing abuse at the
hands of their mother. Full article.

Appeal ruling a blow to children and families!

that says that joint custody should not be awarded when couples cannot get along

Kitchener-Waterloo CAS worker commits PERJURY in court

A Kitchener, Ontario couple submit documents which appear to show that a worker with the Waterloo, Ontario, Children's Aid Society
made false and misleading statements under Oath to a court in which the Waterloo CAS worker, Seana Dobbin-Gayowsky,
stated that she was a social worker. Yet, a letter from the Ontario College of Social Workers indicates that Ms. Seana Dobbin-Gayowsky was not registered with the College of Social Worker. Under the law in the Province
of Ontario, workers cannot claim to be social worker unless they are duly licensed and registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers.
The citizens of Ontario should be shocked at how persons who are unlicensed as social workers are being given the power to take
children away from parents in the Province of Ontario with nothing more than a simple college degree as their education. Many of these children's aid workers don't even have children themselves and have absolutely no life
experience with children yet feel that they can tell parents in the Province of Ontario how to raise their own children.

support for adults nothing more than a court sanctioned “Fraud Racket”

Fathers
lose in family court because of judicial interpretation says respected family law lawyer
Respected Toronto family lawyer Gene Colman states
before a public audience that his fellow members of the Bar must help put an end to
injustice in our family courts. Mr. Colman said that it time for Canadians to speak
up for justice for the benefit of Canadian children and their families.

Hamilton
lawyer under investigation
A Hamilton area lawyer is being investigated for his
involvement with a vindictive Hamilton area mother. This lawyer had a live in
relationship with his female client while he was acting as her lawyer during false sexual
abuse allegations by the mother against two of her former spouses. The mother is now
moving on to hubby #7 after alienating the children from their natural fathers. One
hubby alone pays almost $40,000 in support per year. It's no wonder Canadians are
rapidly losing respect for courts and lawyers. It's also a shame why the other
lawyer and those at the Law Society of Upper Canada stand by and let this kind of
unethical behavior continue within their ranks.
